At Hunchie, we put a lot of care into the production and design of our products, and we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just get in touch with us within 14 days of your purchase and let us know why.
If you believe that an item you have received from Hunchie is faulty or not of acceptable quality, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon review, we will either replace your Hunchie with a new one, or refund you your money. The faulty item will need to be returned to us at Hunchie and the postage of the returned item will be the responsibility of the customer.
